Borgo dei Posseri is a mountain-plateau winery in Ala, shaped by Trento DOC sparkling wine, estate fruit and an outdoor tasting route through vineyards, gazebos and farmsteads. Its appeal is less cellar-door polish than altitude, wind and terrain: Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and local varieties read through a Vallagarina setting of woods, meadows and Adige Valley views.
