Baia's Wine
Baia’s Wine gives Obcha a clear Imeretian argument: indigenous grapes, qvevri fermentation, organic farming, and farmhouse hospitality rather than polished tasting-room theatre. The small women-led estate, founded in 2015, works with Tsolikouri, Tsitska, Krakhuna, Ojaleshi, Aladasturi, and Otskhanuri Sapere, pairing cellar tastings with the slower rhythm of rural western Georgia.
