The Batroun estate adds a design-led winery building, restaurant pairing format and international recognition for both wine and architecture.

Batroun Mountains Winery belongs to the newer, craft-led side of Lebanese wine, rooted in Batroun and shaped by a first-generation producer established in 2003. Its strongest signal is technical: winemaker Assaad and assistant winemaker Hala both trained at UC Davis, with Hala noted as the first Lebanese female graduate of its Viticulture and Enology Program.
