Kyperounta Limassol, Cyprus
Kyperounda Winery belongs to the high-altitude side of Cypriot wine: mountain air, Troodos vineyards, and a portfolio that puts Xynisteri, Chardonnay, reds, rosé, and Commandaria into a cooler-climate frame. Its draw is less cellar-door theatre than terroir: a winery at about 1,200 metres, with vineyards reaching roughly 1,450 metres and a production culture shaped by research as much as tradition.
