Rwanda luxury dining and travel destination
The only restaurant in our Rwanda guide is Meza Malonga in Remera, where chef Dieuveil Malonga serves a 10-course tasting menu of Afro-fusion fine dining using rare ingredients from across Africa. The wine list pairs European classics with African expressions. Star Wine List recognition in 2026 belongs to The Pinnacle Kigali in Rebero Hills, which also holds Michelin Selected status and a Michelin Key. Our guide lists no Michelin-starred restaurants. Every other venue in our guide is a hotel. Kigali, Musanze, Kinigi, and Akagera National Park each holds two venues in our guide, and Volcanoes National Park and Gisakura each holds one venue. One&Only Gorilla's Nest in Kinigi has treetop stilted villas at the base of the Virunga Mountains. Bisate Lodge in Musanze District occupies an eroded volcanic cone. One&Only Nyungwe House in Gisakura sits on a working tea plantation at the edge of Nyungwe rainforest with direct access to primate tracking.
