Panglao, Philippines
Bridge belongs to Panglao’s small-island dining conversation, where the value of a table often depends on proximity to fishermen, markets, and resort kitchens rather than formal awards. With few public details on format or pricing, it reads less as a credential-led restaurant and more as a Bohol stop to assess through sourcing, seasonality, and the island’s broader appetite for seafood, produce, and relaxed service.

Saffron Restaurant sits within Amorita Resort on Alona Beach, positioning it among the more considered dining options on Panglao Island. The setting places it at the quieter, resort-anchored end of Bohol's dining range, away from the beachfront hawker strip. For travellers staying on the island, it represents the higher-tier option in a market where ingredient sourcing and kitchen discipline vary considerably.
Panglao, Philippines
Shaka Bohol sits on Panglao Island's Circumferential Road, placing it within reach of the island's dive sites and beach strips that draw visitors to Bohol. The venue is part of a broader shift in Visayan dining toward casual spots that draw on the region's seafood traditions and island geography.
