Xanadu Luxury Villas & Retreat Zanzibar
Positioned on Zanzibar's quieter eastern shoreline at Dongwe, Xanadu Luxury Villas & Retreat earned 90 points in the 2026 La Liste Top Hotels ranking, placing it among Tanzania's recognised villa-format properties. The retreat occupies a niche in Zanzibar's accommodation market where design-led seclusion and low-density stays define the offering rather than resort-scale amenities.
