Torero Wine Co. is a small South African wine project built around high-altitude fruit, low-intervention cellar work, and a compact range led by Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, and Verdelho. Its interest lies less in estate spectacle than in how Wellington and Stellenbosch vineyard sources are interpreted through spontaneous ferments, light extraction, and a deliberately restrained portfolio.
