A young family winery near Šabac, Vinarija Karić is built around low-intervention cellar work and regional Balkan varieties rather than international polish. Its Adria cuvée idea gives the place a clear point of view: still white and red blends that use grapes such as Vugava, Tamjanika, Malvazija, Prokupac and Frankovka to frame Pocerina as wine country.
