I Giusti & Zanza is a small organic estate in the Fauglia hills, where coastal Tuscany’s warmer light meets a restored rural winery dating from 1996. The draw is terroir-led rather than spectacle-led: 17 hectares of mainly red grapes, biodynamic vineyard work, low yields, and a quiet estate setting between Pisa, Livorno, and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
