Domaine de Bellivière is a small family Loire estate in Lhomme, working Chenin Blanc and Pineau d’Aunis across Jasnières and Coteaux-du-Loir. Its interest lies in the northern Loir’s marginal climate: south-facing slopes, flint over tuffeau, biodynamic farming, and gravity-fed cellar work that make the wines a study in place rather than polish.
