Domaine Clau de Nell is a small biodynamic Loire estate in Ambillou Chateau, shaped by Anjou Noir soils, old vines, and a Burgundian approach to cellar work. The draw is terroir rather than hospitality theatre: Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chenin Blanc are handled with hand harvests, native fermentation, older Burgundy casks, and limestone cave ageing.
