St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (US)
Alloro Restaurant fits the Great Bay resort-dining circuit on St. Thomas, where polished rooms compete with beach bars, marina restaurants, and day-trip casual spots across the USVI. The stronger editorial lens is sourcing: on an island, menus are shaped as much by fishermen, freight, and seasonality as by kitchen ambition.
St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (US)
Bleuwater Restaurant belongs to St. Thomas’s resort-dining circuit, where the setting is part of the meal but ingredient choices decide whether the table feels connected to the island. Expect a Great Bay frame rather than a chef-driven tasting format, with the stronger editorial case in its position within the island’s hotel restaurant scene and its proximity to the eastern end’s beach-and-marina rhythm.
St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (US)
Coconut Cove Restaurant belongs to the resort-side dining current around Great Bay, where the appeal is as much salt air and island tempo as formal culinary signalling. With no published awards, chef credit, or price tier, it reads as a setting-led St. Thomas table rather than a destination tasting-menu address.

St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (US)
Following a $100 million post-hurricane renovation, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas occupies Great Bay with 180 ocean-view rooms, five dining venues including the Sicilian-focused Alloro, and a 65-foot catamaran for daily BVI excursions. The resort's contemporary island design and sweeping sight lines toward St. John position it as the reference point for large-scale luxury on the island.
St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (US)
A Michelin Selected resort on St. Thomas's north shore, Buoy Haus Beach Resort sits within the Marriott Autograph Collection and positions itself at the design-conscious end of USVI beach hospitality. The property at Estate Bakkeroe offers direct beach access and a distinct visual identity that separates it from the larger resort footprints dominating Charlotte Amalie's waterfront.
St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (US)
The Pink Palm Hotel occupies a historic address on Crystal Gade in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, and holds a 2025 MICHELIN Selected designation. Sitting within the US Virgin Islands' most accessible port town, it represents a smaller, character-driven option in a market dominated by large resort properties. Guests looking for a Charlotte Amalie base rather than a beachfront compound will find it a credible reference point.
