Givrins, Switzerland
Philippe Bovet
Philippe Bovet gives La Côte a broad, visitor-facing reading: Chasselas and other Swiss varieties sit beside Merlot, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, with labels that point back to Léman as much as to grape. The Givrins cellar is small-scale in feel but wide in range, with around 30–32 wines from roughly 15 grape varieties and recognition that includes Gault & Millau 2026 and two distinctions for Merlot Dark Line 2020 at Sélections Mondiales des Vins 2025.
