Palacio Quemado is a single-estate winery in Alange, Extremadura, where clay-limestone soils, altitude and cross-border grape choices define the argument in the glass. Its strongest signal is membership in Grandes Pagos de España since 2015 as the only Extremaduran producer in the association, with a red-wine portfolio built around parcel identity, Portuguese varieties and a working-finca atmosphere rather than polished wine-tour theatrics.
