Aguilar De La Frontera, Spain
Toro Albalá
Toro Albalá is a centennial Montilla-Moriles bodega in Aguilar de la Frontera, built around Pedro Ximénez, long solera aging, and a former power-station setting that now reads as part cellar, part wine archive. The draw is not glossy cellar-door theatre, but Andalusian wine tradition made tangible through old casks, museum material, vinegar, and rare vintage PX bottlings.
