The restaurant's sophisticated tasting menus, available in 5 or 9 courses, showcase the remarkable depth of Småland's seasonal bounty through dishes like Carottes à la sept façons—carrots prepared seven ways with butter and herbs—and tender duck liver enhanced with wine reduction.
