Cantina della Serra is a cooperative cellar in Piverone that reads Canavese through soil rather than spectacle: Erbaluce, Nebbiolo, Barbera and local blends shaped by the Serra d’Ivrea moraine hills. Founded in 1953, it now brings together about 230 growers across 18 municipalities, giving visitors a grounded view of Piedmont beyond the region’s more famous red-wine corridors.
