Neumarkt, Italy
At the Zur Post hotel in the centre of Neumarkt, Vincenzo Degasperi operates a wine bar and restaurant where Italian cooking built on fresh, carefully sourced ingredients meets one of the Alto Adige's more considered wine lists. The room sits within a broader Alpine hotel tradition but reads as something more relaxed and contemporary, with pairing options by the glass that reward slower, exploratory dining.

Neumarkt, Italy
Baron Longo brings South Tyrol’s altitude-driven wine culture into a historic estate setting in Neumarkt. The draw is the relationship between biodynamic farming, limestone and porphyry soils, and vineyards ranging from valley-floor warmth to high alpine coolness, with Palais Longo giving the tasting format a more aristocratic register than the region’s farmhouse cellar model.
Neumarkt, Italy
Brunnenhof Mazzon is a small family winery in Neumarkt’s Mazon area, shaped by Alto Adige DOC Pinot Noir, organic farming, and alpine vineyard conditions. The draw is terroir rather than spectacle: sandy clay slopes, limestone-rich moraine soils, mountain air, and a quiet tasting format built around still reds and whites from a compact estate.
Neumarkt, Italy
EnoPartner Italia S.r.l. belongs to the trade side of Alto Adige wine rather than the cellar-door circuit. In Neumarkt, its relevance is commercial: a wholesale distributor founded in 2016, with a rotating supplier-led portfolio and BAGLIETTI BIO ROSE as the only named product tied to the company.
Neumarkt, Italy
Glassierhof is a small organic winery in Neumarkt, Alto Adige, where the story is less about cellar theatrics than about slope, stone, and family continuity. A restored 1663 courtyard, circular-walled estate setting, and three distinct vineyard plots frame a tasting experience built around organic farming, Alpine-Mediterranean varietal breadth, and quiet estate hospitality.
Neumarkt, Italy
Weingut Gottardi belongs to the quieter side of South Tyrolean wine culture: small-scale, hillside, and built around Pinot Noir from Mazzon above Neumarkt. The estate’s appeal is less about a tourist-facing showpiece than a focused Alto Adige DOC identity, where grape, subzone, and cellar restraint carry the argument.
Neumarkt, Italy
Weingut Peter Dipoli is a small Alto Adige DOC winery in Neumarkt, shaped around mountain-influenced whites and structured red varieties rather than cellar-door spectacle. The draw is terroir expression: Sauvignon Blanc Voglar, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon from a South Tyrol setting where dolomite, chalk, and elevation matter.
Neumarkt, Italy
Weingut Praxmarer is a small Mazzon winery in Neumarkt shaped around Pinot Noir, high-plateau conditions, and a quiet cellar format rather than broad tourism spectacle. Its appeal lies in South Tyrol’s meeting point of alpine nights, warm summer evenings, and the Ora wind from Lake Garda, with the tasting experience built around site expression and limited-production red wine.
