A Michelin-starred restaurant inside a 13th-century post house on the Stafler estate, Gourmetstube Einhorn operates just five tables across a wood-panelled Stube that predates most European nation-states. Chef Peter Girtler runs a single tasting menu in four, five, or six courses, combining meat, fish, and vegetables with a creative range that earned 86 points in La Liste 2025 and 84 in 2026.
