Weinbau Stefan Vetter is a small natural-wine estate in Gambach, rooted in Franconia’s terraced vineyard culture and the steep Gambacher Kalbenstein. The appeal is not grand hospitality theatre, but land-led wine: Sylvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Spätburgunder and experimental still, sparkling and orange styles shaped by hand-farmed slopes and organic practice.
