Domaine de Montbourgeau is a small, family-run Jura estate in L’Étoile, shaped by fossil-rich limestone soils, organic farming, and traditional non-topped white-wine ageing. The interest here is not polished wine tourism but the old Jura grammar: Chardonnay, Savagnin, Vin Jaune, Vin de Paille, Poulsard and Trousseau handled with restraint and a clear attachment to place.
