Le Paris Nice sits in Joigny, a Burgundy town with a surprisingly serious dining tradition anchored by the Côte Saint-Jacques legacy. The restaurant occupies a local tier distinct from the grand table circuit, making it a practical option for visitors wanting to eat well without the formality or price point of the town's flagship destination. Joigny's position on the Yonne, roughly midway between Paris and Dijon, gives the area access to strong regional produce networks.
