Hautes Terres de Comberousse is a small Languedoc estate outside Cournonterral where the argument is made in limestone, garrigue and marine air rather than in trophy architecture. The domaine’s strength is terroir literacy: organic farming, manual harvest, parcel work in the cellar, mostly white wines, and a rare aramon gris bottling that ties the portfolio to older southern grape material.
