Bodren is a small hillside winery in Hum Na Sutli built around Croatia’s colder, sweeter edge: predicate wines, ice harvests and late-harvest styles from the Croatian Uplands. The draw is not broad cellar tourism but a focused reading of Zagorje’s cool climate through Chardonnay, Muscat, Pinot varieties, Riesling, Rizvanac, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer.
