Domaine Koquelicot gives Central Istria a French-accented counterpoint: Burgundy-minded technique applied to Malvazija, Teran, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The tasting format is small, guided and cellar-led, with Jacqueline Marovac and Olivier Ertzbischoff placing the village of Gračišće inside a wider conversation about Istria’s increasingly confident wine identity.
