Echo Ridge Vineyards gives Echo’s wine scene a grounded, agricultural frame: Columbia Valley varieties poured in a repurposed grain elevator rather than a polished estate campus. The draw is less trophy hunting than place, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay presented in a relaxed small-town setting shaped by farmland views, events and walk-in tasting culture.
