San Sai, Thailand
Pa Daeng Jin Tup
Pa Daeng Jin Tup sits in San Sai District, northeast of Chiang Mai's old city, where the cooking draws from the agricultural villages and market gardens that define this part of the Mae Rim corridor. The address alone, deep in San Sai Luang, signals a kitchen oriented toward local supply chains rather than tourist circuits. Expect the northern Thai register: fermented pastes, char, and produce pulled from the surrounding countryside.
