Hacienda El Ternero gives Rioja Alta a cooler, more site-specific reading: a single-estate producer in Ternero with vineyards, forests and former monastic buildings gathered at the foot of the Obarenes Mountains. The draw is not polished spectacle but a historic landscape whose Viura, Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano are framed through limestone soils, estate fruit and measured hospitality.
