Ramón do Casar
Ramón do Casar is a small Ribeiro D.O. winery in Prado, shaped by terraced vineyards above the Castrelo de Miño reservoir and a white-wine focus built around freshness, airflow and Galician river-valley climate. The draw is terroir rather than spectacle: Treixadura, Godello and Albariño from a modern estate whose winemaker Pablo Estévez has repeated Bacchus recognition for young wines in Spain.
