Bodegas San Alejandro gives Calatayud Garnacha a large-scale cooperative frame: founded in 1962 by 185 families, now working high-altitude vineyards around Miedes with a strong organic program. The appeal is not boutique scarcity, but the way altitude, cooperative volume and visitor infrastructure meet in one Aragón winery with tours, tastings and gastronomy-led spaces.
