Bodegas Ateca & Gil belongs to the production-led side of Calatayud wine: old-vine Garnacha, slate hillside parcels, and a working-estate atmosphere in Ateca rather than a polished visitor circuit. The interest is terroir first, with vines between 30 and 100 years old, slopes reaching up to 1,000 meters, and a Gil Family Estates framework behind the project.
