Quinta da Carolina is a small Douro estate in Adorigo shaped by north-facing schist terraces, old field-blend vines and organic farming. The draw is not polished wine-tourism theatre, but a compact still-wine project where altitude, exposure, amphora work and old-vine material push the Douro toward freshness rather than weight.
