Masseria Borgo dei Trulli
Masseria Borgo dei Trulli puts Salento wine tourism in its proper setting: Primitivo country, dry-stone rural architecture, and a modern cellar built into a restored masseria. The draw is the contrast between old alberello-trained vines, Saracen trulli, organic farming, and a visitor format that treats vineyard context as part of the tasting rather than scenery.
