Domaine de Joy puts Gascony’s wine-and-Armagnac culture into an accessible estate format: vineyards, cellars, production spaces and tastings built around IGP Côtes de Gascogne wines, Floc de Gascogne and Bas-Armagnac. The Panjas estate dates to 1927 and is now run by the fourth generation of the Gessler family, with organic production signals and visitor formats that suit both leisure tastings and group wine education.
