Château La Bastide is a historic Corbières estate in Escales, shaped by clay-limestone terraces, maritime influence and a production culture that treats vineyard work as the main event. The draw is not design spectacle but a working château context: 60 hectares under vine, organic farming, guided tastings and a broad portfolio spanning AOP Corbières and IGP Aude Hauterive.
