Domaine Coudoulet is a low-key Minervois estate in Cesseras, shaped by Black Mountain foothills, clay-limestone soils, and an eight-generation Ournac family history dating to 1840. The draw is terroir expression rather than spectacle: Syrah-led AOP Minervois and Cru La Livinière sit beside IGP Pays d’Oc varietal wines and small-batch Ournac Frères limited editions.
