Château Rives-Blanques is a family-run Limoux AOC estate in Cépie, set high in the Upper Aude Valley with vineyard and mountain views toward the Pyrenees. Its interest lies in fresh white and sparkling wines from Mauzac, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, shaped by organic farming, altitude and the meeting of Mediterranean and Atlantic influences.
