Château de Jau is a historic organic Roussillon wine estate in Cases De Pene, set in the Agly Valley with vineyards, a neo-classical manor, a surviving Cistercian tower and an on-site grill restaurant. The draw is not only the bottle: it is the way AOC Côtes du Roussillon and Côtes du Roussillon Villages are framed through food, terrace life, art and countryside scale.
